RAmber Ops is run by two flight operations professionals based in Vilnius — one from air traffic control, one from airline flight dispatch — bringing a level of operational depth to GA trip support that is rare to find.
Everything a trip
needs. Coordinated.
From first request to cleared for departure — we deal directly with handlers, airports and authorities.

Flying across Europe as a private pilot is genuinely wonderful — once someone else has sorted the ground side.
That is exactly what we are here for.
Two ops people.
One sharp team.
Founded by Ramunė and Gintarė — the name combines Ramunė's and gintaras, the Lithuanian word for amber.
Gintarė (Amber)
A private pilot with hands-on cross-Europe flying experience across international routes, and a senior flight dispatcher (OCC) with years at a major European ACMI operator handling flights for well-known scheduled carriers, followed by a Commercial Account Manager role on the operator side of airline contracts. She understands both what crews need in the air and what goes wrong when the ground side isn't properly handled.
Ramunė
An active air traffic controller at Vilnius Tower/Approach with more than ten years of ATC experience across civil and military airports. She holds a Flight Coordinator licence for general aviation aerodromes with over five years in that role, and brings more than a decade of airline operations experience as OCC and Flight Technical Officer at established Lithuanian carriers.
